DEEPCOOL ICE MATRIX 400 COOLER REVIEW
Deepcool's Ice Matrix 400 is a great looking tower cooler that installs easily and comes with a quiet fan and a lot of handy accessories. It also cools very well, as long as it doesn't get pushed too hard. Granted, Deepcool doesn't seem to hold this cooler out to be a performance cooler suitable for high overclocks, but they don't market it as a quiet cooling solution either. Perhaps they should. The Ice Matrix 400 does very well when in silent mode, even when this Q6600 is running at 3.2 GHz. with an extra 0.150 volts thrown at it.

Deepcool Ice Matrix 400 Review
The Ice Matrix 400 will still be a good buy for someone who wants something quiet, small, and inexpensive. The Ice Matrix 400 certainly meets everything in that category. At full speed, I can't pick out the noise from the fan over the other fans in my case, which is a good thing. Deepcool should market this heatsink not only as a low cost, mid range performing solution, but also one that is quiet and not disturbing in any way!

Disipador Deepcool ICE MATRIX 400
El ICE MATRIX 400 de Deepcool nos ha gustado por sus características, su diseño, su calidad de fabricación. El sistema de instalación es otro punto a su favor, es sencillo y consigue una fijación perfecta. Este es uno de los pocos disipadores de gama alta que nos permite utilizar módulos de memoria de perfil alto en cualquiera de los bancos de una placa base, lo que quiere decir que podemos contar con mucha capacidad de ampliación. Por el contrario, este no es el disipador de mayor rendimiento que hemos probado, pero no se ha quedado nada lejos de los mejores. Nosotros creemos que con un ventilador de altas revoluciones los registros mejorarían ligeramente, pero sin duda contar con más heatpipes, o heatpipes de mayor tamaño, sería la mejor solución.

Deep Cool Ice Matrix 400
Il est temps de passer à la conclusion. Alors que penser de ce Deep Cool Ice Matrix 400 ? Mon avis est mitigé, je dois bien l’avoué. Si le format « slim » du radiateur permet de gagner de la place au niveau des barrettes mémoires, l’efficacité s’en ressent irrémédiablement car la surface de contact des ailettes avec l’air n’est pas assez importante. Je dis ça car ce n’est pas la première fois que je constate cet état de fait. Pour tout le reste, l’Ice Matrix s’en tire avec les honneurs. Sa fabrication est de qualité, son système de fixation est simple et robuste, son ventilateur est bon lui aussi. Je n’ai pas abordé l’aspect financier, comptez 40€ pour ce Deep Cool Ice Matrix 400, un prix somme toute justifié si vous utilisez votre ordinateur sans faire d’Over-clocking. Je vais donc décerner un lesiloc de Bronze pour ce Deep Cool Ice Matrix 400.

DeepCool Ice Matrix 400 CPU Cooler Review
Overall, the DeepCool Ice Matrix 400 is a reasonably good CPU cooler. The black and blue fan design is sure to fit in well aesthetically with a lot of different setups, even though it doesn’t co-ordinate well with the red and black design of the Crosshair V Formula motherboard we used for testing. Pros: · Unique Colour Scheme. · Rubber fan surround. · PWM fan included. · Fastenings included for two fans.
